Adrian Salt,
DipArch, DipTP, FRSA, FRTPI, has 29 years' professional experience
in both private and public sectors, with expertise in strategic
and detailed development planning, masterplanning, environmental
assessments, urban design and conservation studies and environmental
and planning law. The third edition of his book, "Planning
Applications", was published by Blackwells in March 1998.
Adrian has undertaken planning commissions for UK local authorities
and major land owners such as Anglian Water, the Crown Estate,
Ministry of Defence, Railtrack, London Electricity and BT. He
has also worked on planning projects in some 13 countries worldwide,
providing long term development and planning strategies to governments
and corporate clients. |
Annie Pang,
BA, DipUPI, MSc Prop.Inv., MRTPI, is an urban planning economist
with property investment/ development experience. She has advised
both public and private sector bodies in the UK and overseas
in land and economic development strategies. Commissions have
included planning and impact assessment studies for the Department
of Environment (now DETR), Department of Transport and the House
Builders' Federation and sectoral demand studies for developers
and corporate businesses. Overseas, she has provided comprehensive
district-wide urban renewal strategies for the Hong Kong Planning
Department; planning of large scale housing schemes; mixed commercial
residential developments for the Mass Transit Railway Corporation
of Hong Kong; airport and urban renewal studies in China and
a new town development feasibility in South Africa. |
